New Addition

I'm not dead! This I can assure you. Things have just been a little bit crazy around these parts and I'm a slacker at updating you all. Weigh in on Saturday went well. I'm down 2.2 lbs. It isn't quite where I need to be to get under 200 by the end of the month, but I'll take it!..especially since it means a new pair of shoes. More on that to come.

This weekend was pretty eventful. Friday night Matthew and I headed over to our local nickelcade where we proceeded to clean house!

The rest of the weekend was spent shopping, cleaning, watching fireworks from the roof of Matt's grandma's house, and attending a pool party.

Here is the newest addition to my shoe wardrobe:

Only mine are black, not pewter. And the best part is, I only paid $29.00 for these little babies because they are from last season. (Although this season's were on the shelf and they looked exactly the same, except for the $60 price tag)

However, there are a few problems with these shoes: A) I have no idea how to wear ankle boots, I was just feeling fashionably adventurous when I bought them. and B) Matthew really hates them.

So my fashionable friends, what does one wear with ankle boots? And all of you that are attached, do you care if your significant other dislikes your clothing?

So far things are going well this week. I didn't work out at all this last weekend but I'm not too concerned because I was up and moving a lot. I plan to work out every weekday this week. (which will include an early morning session on Friday because we'll be headed to a family reunion right after I'm off work.(Have I mentioned that I hate morning workouts?))

What are your workout plans for the week? Have you tried any new exercises I should know about?

Do any of you have a recipe that I need to try this week for my kitchen adventures? Debbi, I'm counting on you!

Mm, super cute!

I like to wear ankle boots with tights, either the same colour or a high contrast, and a skirt/dress. I'm not a fan of them with bare legs, because I think they cut me off in a funny place. Also cute with jeans!

Those are very versatile! MY friend just wore a similar pair to my bridal shower yesterday and she paired them with a brightly colored sundress . . . In the spring, she wore them with skinny jeans and a top. In the fall, you can wear those with colored tights and a fall dress!
I am boring, boring, boring when it comes to shoes! I did spend the whole weekend out of town at a convention where I got to drool at all the gorgeous shoes! I think these are cute! Phooey on the boyfriend!

Your link for DEBBIE doesn't work (for me) so I'm unsure who you are counting on!!

Working at a shoe store, I can tell you that we've started getting our boots in & most of us are planning to wear them with sweater dresses & tights. But they also look really cute with black pants or jeans.

Wooohooo way to go on your new addition. They are cute. I think jeans and a nice top would look nice. But I'm no fashionista!
Unfortunately this week instead of Debbi Does Dinner Healthy, it's Debbi Does Dessert with a ton of calories! I was on vacation and didn't cook anything but junk. I now feel like I am on a vacation hangover and have NOTHING planned this week to eat though the family will have to eat something.

You need to make it so your comments aren't NON REPLY BLOGGER, then I would have been able to email you rather than leave a comment.

Tights and skinny jeans! Sexy! Your husband will change his mind about those ankle boots if you pair them with the right sort of lingerie! Just saying...

I dunno what you wear with ankle boots. My little sister says leggings. She's the thin, model type one with the fashion sense so I'll take her word for it.

As for my workout plans....I'm going to the gym on Thursday and Saturday, Zumba on Friday and Monday, Running on Sunday and Pilates on Tuesday. Wednesday will my day off.

Dogs can run free, chase tennis balls and Frisbees and enjoy four "doggie pools" where they can cool down
with a bath or get a drink. If you're interested
in Rome's nightlife, you'll find plenty of bars, clubs,
and venues for live music throughout the city. The materials from large to small all to becrushed at the impact chamber repeatedly.

Hi there this is kind of of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or
if you have to manually code with HTML. I'm starting
a blog soon but have no coding experience so I wanted to get advice from someone
with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Romance, action, career, games or anything inn life can be viewed as a
comic situation and can be made into classic
comedy TV shows like the ones mentioned here. Admit it, the standard voice selections
on your GPS have gotten too be a bit routine. d round up some costumes letting you dress like your faborite character:.

The game, The Simpsons: Tapped Out, starts with a familiar scene,
the loveable oaf Homer is slacking off in the office playing some
type of Farmvfille clone, when suddenly, the reactor levels hit and BAM.
